Meet the Team

With three years previous experience as an Advanced Hearingcare Advisor before joining House of Hearing in 2019, Victoria is experienced in the Audiology profession. Victoria excels in greeting patients, answering their questions as they begin their hearing journey and booking in their appointments. She has also run a walk-in repair clinic for existing patients, helping them with any issues with their hearing aids or found cleaning them a challenge. 

Victoria has also been trained in otoscopy to advise patients if they have a wax blockage that would need dealing with before their hearing could be tested. Victoria ensures all aspects of the clinic run efficiently, from maintaining stock levels, to checking all new hearing aids and repairs arrive on time and assisting the Audiologists with any support they require.
