Meet the Team

Lynne has worked in a clinical environment for the last nine years as an optical consultant in different opticians and has plenty of experience in booking appointments and confidently taking phone calls. She believes in giving great customer service and going the extra mile to help patients wherever possible. Having had some experience with audiology and hearing care while working in her optical roles, she became further interested in the field when her mum recently got her first pair of hearing aids.
