Kim is an experienced audiologist with over 20 years in the hearing care sector, working in a range of clinical and professional roles. Throughout her career, she has supported patients directly in clinic and helped train other audiologists across the UK, sharing best practice and helping to raise standards of care.

Kim has a strong interest in hearing aid technology and how modern devices can improve everyday listening and quality of life. She also brings a personal understanding of hearing loss, having supported family members with hearing aids, which gives her valuable insight into the experience of both patients and the people around them.

In appointments, Kim is known for her calm, reassuring approach and for taking the time to listen. She believes great hearing care starts with understanding how hearing changes affect confidence, connection and daily life.

What Kim finds most rewarding is helping people find the right solution for their hearing needs, then seeing the real difference it makes when conversations become easier and life feels more comfortable again.
