Hayley moved to the UK in 2011 from New Zealand. In 2014 She started a nursing degree in Edinburgh. During a gap year Hayley began work as an Audiology Assistant carrying out repairs for hearing aids. This experience sparked an interest in Audiology as a career so she changed university course and studied to become a Hearing Aid Audiologist at Queen Margaret University, graduating in 2019.
Since completing the course, Hayley has undertaken additional training and is now highly skilled in ear wax removal. She has joined the nursing team at House of Hearing to broaden her clinical understanding and is looking forward to the new challenge.
"The diverse range of cases that I see and the complex cases make my job really interesting. I also enjoy being part of a dedicated hearing healthcare team."
