Charles has worked for Recruitment, Training, Property, PR, Theatre, Retail & Charity companies both in the UK and abroad with his roles always incorporating Front of House / Reception work. His main aim is for our patients to feel special from the moment they contact us either on the telephone or face to face and that nothing is too much trouble for them. Additional training courses in business administration and customer service show how dedicated Charles is to achieve this.
