Natural Listening with Surround Sound

ReSound_Hearing_Aids edinburghMany hearing aids use directional amplification but some users find the resulting sounds uncomfortable or unnatural. ReSound’s hearing solutions are based on Surround Sound, a technology that enhances a user’s natural spatial awareness through high quality sound.

Both LiNX2 and ENZO2 carry Resound’s new Binaural Directionality II with Spatial Sense. This feature complements the brain’s ability to process sounds. It empowers users to select the best directional response for any listening situation, and creates an optimized listening environment. This means that even in busy situations, you can continue conversations without unnaturally losing background sounds.

A second feature, the Binaural Environmental Optimizer II, constantly analyses your aural surroundings and automatically adjusts noise and gain settings as needed. This means you can effortlessly move from one sound situation to another without a loss in quality or perception.

Both hearing aids feature sleek, contemporary and discreet designs, matched with durability and functionality. The hearing aids are coated with iSolate nanotech – a thin protective layer that protects against moisture, sweat, dust and earwax. The hearing aids are available in a range of different colours, to complement complexion, hair colour and personal style.

ReSound Hearing Aid Accessories

Both hearing aids are compatible with Unite, a range of wireless ReSound accessories. The Micro Mic and Multi Mic extend a user’s hearing range by 80 feet and stream voices and sound directly to the hearing aid for enhanced clarity. The ReSound TV Streamer 2 enables users to stream audio from televisions, computers and music players in stereo. The Remote Control 2 provides users with a convenient and discreet way to control their hearing aids, with easy access to volume and program adjustment.
