A FULL AUDIOLOGY SERVICE, INCLUDING HEARING HEALTH ASSESSMENTS, HEARING AID REPAIRS, AS WELL AS THE ONLY PRIVATE ENT NURSE-LED WAX REMOVAL SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY IS AVAILABLE IN ALL HOUSE OF HEARING CLINICS.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. SIMPLY CALL YOUR NEAREST CLINIC TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT.

In order to offer the best care to those who need us, keep our patients and staff safe whilst still meeting the current government guidelines we are now operating under the following strict measures:

  • We are ONLY offering our health services by appointment, so please call us to book first

  • Please only arrive at the time of your appointment as the waiting area is closed. If you arrive early you may have to wait outside or in your car until the clinician is ready for you. If you have to wait on the street for your appointment, please ensure you keep a 2 metre distance from others
  • Once in the clinic every precaution is being taken to keep both patients and staff safe
    • You will be asked to use hand sanitiser on arrival
    • You will be taken directly to the consulting room once the previous patient has already left the clinic
    • All surfaces and consulting rooms are wiped down between patients
    • Our consulting staff will be wearing PPE* in accordance with government guidelines
  • Our audiologists are on hand to support you with key issues remotely - this includes by phone and email at enquiries@houseofhearing.co.uk
  • Hearing aid batteries and other consumables are still available to you via our postal service - please call your local clinic and let us know what you need. Please allow 48 hrs for delivery
  • Repairs to hearing aids can still be carried out contact free where required (this includes over the phone, drop off service or us picking up your aids from your doorstep). Please call us for further details.

Please note, we are here to help anyone that needs us, this includes our existing patients, NHS patients and patients from other providers if required.
