A FULL AUDIOLOGY SERVICE, INCLUDING HEARING HEALTH ASSESSMENTS, HEARING AID REPAIRS, AS WELL AS THE ONLY PRIVATE ENT NURSE-LED WAX REMOVAL SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY IS AVAILABLE IN ALL HOUSE OF HEARING CLINICS.

In order to offer the best care to those who need us, keep our patients and staff safe whilst still meeting the current government guidelines we are now operating under the following measures:

• Please only arrive at the time of your appointment as the waiting area is restricted due to social distancing.
• Once in the clinic every precaution is being taken to keep both patients and staff safe
  • You will be asked to use hand sanitiser on arrival
  • You will be taken directly to the consulting room once the previous patient has already left the clinic
  • All surfaces and consulting rooms are wiped down between patients
  • Our consulting staff will be wearing PPE* in accordance with government guidelines
• Our audiologists are on hand to support you with key issues remotely - this includes by phone and email at enquiries@houseofhearing.co.uk
• Hearing aid batteries and other consumables are still available to you via our postal service - please call your local clinic and let us know what you need. Please allow at least 48 hrs for delivery
• Repairs to hearing aids can still be carried out remotely where required (this includes over the phone, drop off service or us picking up your aids from your doorstep). Please call us for further details.
