Your hearing test is completely free and will be carried out by an experienced Audiologist in our Felixstowe clinic. Every consultation includes:

  • A discussion of your hearing history, lifestyle and health
  • A visual ear examination to check for any excessive earwax build-up, and to assess the overall physical health of the outer ear
  • A comprehensive Pure Tone Audiometry test, using both air conduction and bone conduction testing, to map your full hearing range across different pitches

Your results will help identify any areas where your hearing may be reduced and explain how this could affect everyday situations, such as following conversations, hearing the television or understanding speech in busy environments.

Your Audiologist will explain everything clearly, answer any questions you may have, and recommend the most appropriate next steps to help you protect or improve your hearing.

Our Felixstowe hearing clinic is conveniently located within The Grove Medical Centre, Grove Road, Felixstowe, IP11 9GA.

The clinic welcomes patients from across Felixstowe and the surrounding East Suffolk area, providing expert, independent hearing care close to home.

We regularly see patients from neighbourhoods and communities across Felixstowe including Walton, Old Felixstowe, Felixstowe Ferry, Cobbold's Point, the town centre and the seafront area. Walton is also one of Felixstowe's five official wards.
