  • Experiencing blocked ears, muffled sound, or recurring earwax build up
  • Looking for safe and timely treatment from trained clinical practitioners

The free service is available once per year, per client. There is no need for a GP referral.

You can book one free earwax removal appointment per year if you are 75 or older. If you need further treatment within the same year, we can arrange this for you at our usual clinical fee.

Your clinician will still carry out a full ear health check and advise you on any next steps. There is no fee. 

Some patients benefit from softening drops. If you are unsure, we can guide you when you book. 

Absolutely. Many patients prefer to attend with a family member or friend.
