Tracey Derbyshire is a Clinical Ear Care Practitioner supporting patients across multiple House of Hearing clinics in the North West , including Alderley Edge and Ashton-under-Lyne.
Tracey brings over 20 years of experience in patient-facing healthcare, having previously worked in optical dispensing before moving into audiology in 2018. This background has given her a strong understanding of patient care, communication and the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
She went on to train as an ear care practitioner, developing specialist skills in earwax removal and supporting patients with a range of ear-related concerns. Tracey takes a calm and friendly approach, ensuring that every patient feels at ease from the moment they arrive.
Her focus is on delivering safe, effective care while helping patients feel comfortable and reassured throughout their appointment. She understands the immediate impact that ear care can have, particularly the relief and clarity patients often experience following treatment.
