Serena Pharez

Serena qualified as a Registered Nurse at Anglia Ruskin University in 2002 and has spent much of her career working in community nursing across East Anglia. She also enjoyed several years nursing in Melbourne, Australia, gaining valuable international experience.

Since joining the team in 2019, Serena has specialised in clinical ear care and has completed recognised Rotherham Clinical Ear Care training alongside additional qualifications in Tissue Viability and Consultation & Diagnostics.

Serena combines extensive nursing experience with a warm, patient-centred approach, helping people feel confident throughout their ear care appointment.
