Keith Bacon

Keith is a Senior Audiologist based in Eastbourne and Bexhill, bringing nearly three decades of experience in hearing care and a genuine passion for helping people stay connected to the people and moments that matter most. 

He began his career in audiology in Ireland in 1996, working with Amplivox and Ultratone, where he completed his MSHAA training. After returning to the UK in 1998, he successfully qualified as a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the Hearing Aid Council, establishing the foundations for a long and rewarding career in hearing care. 

Starting out as a field dispenser, he gained valuable experience supporting patients in a variety of settings before stepping into a branch managerial role where he focused on building strong relationships with patients and helping individuals find the right hearing solutions. In 2009, Keith moved to Eastbourne where he has continued to provide dedicated hearing care ever since, joining House of Hearing in 2022. 

What he enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. He understands that hearing loss can often lead to frustration, isolation, and a loss of confidence, and finds great satisfaction in helping his patients reconnect with family, friends, and everyday listening experiences through personalised hearing solutions. 

Keith's focus is always on delivering professional, patient-centred care that helps people live more confidently and enjoy life to the fullest.
