Hollie Wicks

Hollie brings a particularly personal perspective to her role as an Audiologist at House of Hearing. As a hearing aid wearer herself for more than 15 years, she understands first-hand both the challenges of living with hearing loss and the difference that the right hearing technology and support can make.

After qualifying as an Audiologist, Hollie chose to work in independent hearing care, where she could provide a more personalised and comprehensive approach. Her own hearing journey gives her a genuine understanding of the experiences her patients may be going through, from taking the first steps towards hearing aids to becoming confident wearing and using them every day.

Hollie particularly enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting them as they adjust to better hearing. For her, one of the most rewarding parts of being an Audiologist is hearing how someone's relationships, confidence and quality of life have improved as a result.
