Jackie Arnold-Burns
Clinical Ear Care Practitioner & Trainer
Jackie brings a wealth of healthcare experience to House of Hearing, having previously worked as a medical receptionist and secretary, as well as serving as a First Responder with both the Devon & Cornwall and Essex Ambulance Services. She also completed her Ambulance Technician training with St John Ambulance, where she worked as part of an ambulance crew.
Today, Jackie is one of our experienced Ear Care Practitioners and also serves as our Clinical Trainer , supporting and mentoring colleagues to ensure the highest standards of ear care are delivered across House of Hearing.
Known for her calm, reassuring approach, Jackie is passionate about providing safe, professional ear care and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their appointment.
