Colin Campbell
MSHAA RHAD
Managing Director
Hearing care is about people, not just technology, and that belief has guided Colin Campbell throughout a career spanning more than three decades.
Since qualifying as an audiologist in 1996, Colin has built a reputation as both a highly respected clinician and a thoughtful leader, combining clinical expertise with a clear vision for how hearing care should be delivered. His approach has always been grounded in improving quality of life, ensuring that every patient feels supported, understood and confident in their hearing.
Throughout his career, Colin has remained at the forefront of developments in audiology, embracing innovation while staying true to the principles of personalised, patient-centred care. His ability to balance clinical excellence with leadership has been central to his work, helping to shape services that are both technically advanced and genuinely meaningful for the people who rely on them.
As Managing Director of House of Hearing, Colin plays a central role in maintaining the organisation’s high standards of care and patient experience. His focus is on ensuring that every clinic delivers a consistent, professional and welcoming environment, where patients feel at ease and confident in the care they receive.
Colin’s influence extends beyond House of Hearing into the wider audiology profession. He is a former Board member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA) and continues to play an active role as a Board member of the National Community Hearing Care Association (NCHA), where he also serves as Chair of NCHA Scotland. Through this work, he collaborates with clinicians, healthcare bodies and policymakers to improve access to high-quality hearing care across the UK.
His longevity in the sector reflects not only his passion for audiology, but also his commitment to raising standards and supporting the ongoing development of the profession. For Colin, hearing care is not simply about treating hearing loss, it is about helping people stay connected to the world around them.
