Arianne Monk

Arianne joined House of Hearing in 2022 as part of our Customer Care Team before progressing into ear care after seeing first-hand the positive difference hearing care makes to people's lives. Inspired by the patients she spoke to every day, she completed her clinical training under the guidance of our Clinical Trainer and is now an Ear Care Practitioner.

Arianne enjoys meeting patients face-to-face and helping them feel comfortable throughout their appointment, providing friendly, professional care with empathy and reassurance.

Before joining House of Hearing, Arianne worked in customer-facing roles including floristry and holiday park entertainment management, developing the excellent communication skills that patients continue to value today.

Arianne enjoys supporting patients on their hearing journey and takes pride in providing a welcoming and reassuring experience for every person she meets.
