Meet the Team

Rita brings over a decade of experience in hearing care to the House of Hearing team in Hamilton. She began her career as a PA to Steven in the flagship Boots Hearingcare clinic in Glasgow before progressing into the role of Audiology Assistant, where she developed extensive knowledge in hearing aid repairs, ear health management and patient support.

Rita later became the first earwax removal specialist for Boots in Scotland, training under ENT Consultant Dr Krish and supporting the clinical rollout of the Tympa Health system. Having safely performed thousands of procedures, she is regarded as one of the most experienced and skilled clinical ear care practitioners in the country.

At House of Hearing, Rita carries out earwax removal, ear health assessments and ongoing support for clients who need guidance with cleaning, handling and understanding their hearing aids. She is known for her reassuring, patient-centred approach and her commitment to delivering safe, effective care.
