Gemma's journey into audiology began with inspiration from a close mentor, Chris, whose passion for the field sparked her interest. Starting her career in 2018 with Alderley Hearing Solutions, Gemma quickly found her calling in helping others experience the world of sound more clearly. Initially qualifying as a Hearing Care Assistant, her dedication to the profession led her to pursue further education.

Gemma earned her degree in Hearing Aid Audiology from De Montfort University in Leicester, solidifying her expertise and commitment to providing exceptional hearing care. At Hearing Matters, Gemma combines her technical knowledge with a compassionate approach, ensuring each patient receives personalised and effective hearing solutions.

As a qualified Audiologist, Gemma enjoys improving peoples' quality of life through better hearing.
