Our relationship with you does not end once you have had your hearing aid fitted. At house of Hearing, we offer a comprehensive maintenance and service facilities with all products. All of our products are carry warranty arrangements, with most of these providing cover for two years.
Within these two years, you would receive service and advice free of charge and we would encourage you to meet with us each year for re-assessment and to have your hearing aid checked.
Outside of these two years, our audiology staff would always be available for consultation at no cost. Repairs to hearing aids would carry a charge though – any of our staff would be happy to discuss this with you and advise on costings.
