Hearing Aid Maintenance

Our relationship with you does not end once you have had your hearing aid fitted. At House of Hearing, we offer comprehensive maintenance and service facilities with all products. All of our digital hearing aid products carry warranty arrangements, with most of these providing cover for two years.

Within the warranty period, you would receive service and advice free of charge and we would encourage you to meet with us each year for re-assessment and to have your hearing aid checked.

Outside of the warranty, our audiology staff would always be available for consultation at no cost. Repairs to hearing aids become chargeable at this stage. Any of our staff would be happy to discuss this with you and advise on costing.
